Mike Bollenbacher
FOUNDER
The son and grandson of real estate developers, Michael has been around development and construction since 1976 and formally as a developer and general contractor since 1986. He has developed in 16 states including California, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona and Mississippi and has overseen the development of Commercial, Multi-Family Residential, Single Family Residential, Institutional and Master Planned Development in all 16 states. He oversees all aspects of development and project management and specializes in the government approval of difficult projects, project development and financing and has over 40 years in project management . He graduated with a BA from Claremont McKenna College.

Matt Quintero
HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Matt is a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in real estate development, construction, and management. Known for his expertise in all project stages, Matt has successfully delivered residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. He oversees all aspects of development and project management in the Bay Area and has a collaborative approach, fostering strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders. His ability to navigate complex negotiations and build consensus among diverse teams has been instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of challenging projects.He graduated with a BS from San Francisco State University.
